Coaches are here to develop your abilities to solve a problem or overcome a challenge on their own by sharing a wide range of tools and resources.
Here's the thing. In my opinion, no one really needs coaching. Your success is not fully dependent on whether you get coached or not. You can certainly succeed on your own or with other resources that are available to you.
However, depending on your objectives, coaching can be extremely helpful.
Just like you can accelerate your growth by learning proper techniques on weight lifting with a personal trainer, coaching can help you make solid progress towards your goal in an effective manner.
By partnering up with the right coach that truly believes in your potential and has the ability to remove barriers that are getting in the way between you and your dream or goals, you can achieve or be so much more than you've ever imagined.
My coaching style has been developed through over a decade of experience in helping others to successfully build relationships both in professional and personal settings.
I've worked with individuals with different backgrounds (e.g., age, ethnicity, and careers) and have the unique skills in providing them with exactly what they need to overcome the challenges they are facing.
Furthermore, as an experienced management consultant, coach and Ph.D, I apply project management, change management, behavioural science, and doctorate level research into my practice.
The duration of coaching required for you to see the results depends on where you are currently in your path build a life filled with meaningful relationships as well as what your life vision is. For some it can be 2 1 hour sessions and for others it could be 6 months.
