What I do:
I help individuals develop leadership capabilities and mindset that empower them to build a life and career filled with impact, purpose, and authentic relationships. My coaching style is grounded in the International Coaching Federation (ICF) model, along with strategic consulting and organizational psychology frameworks I've developed over the years as a consultant and through completing my PhD in Industrial and Organizational (IO) psychology, with a focus on leadership vulnerability, psychological safety, employee engagement, and conflict management.

Throughout my career, I’ve empowered hundreds of individuals and organizational leaders to lead more authentically and create meaningful impact within and outside their organizations and communities. I provide the frameworks, tools, and a safe space for clients to explore their vision, uncover their purpose, and develop actionable plans to live in alignment with what truly matters to them.



My Story
CHAPTER 1

Since I was a kid, I’ve always wanted to be in a band. When my friends and I formed a rock band in college, I was extremely thrilled and ecstatic. While my bandmates and I had a great relationship, after a few years of playing together, it became clear that we were not on the same page and heading in the same direction. I started fostering internal resentment toward other members who were not meeting my expectation and, in my opinion at the time, were not taking the band seriously. Without having a discussion to sort out the differences and frustrations, we decided to break up.
CHAPTER 2

After the band broke up, in search of my vision and purpose in life, I've worked in different industries, completed post-graduate education degrees and certificate programs, volunteered as a board of directors at non-profit organizations and enrolled in self-improvement workshops.
​
I was constantly chasing after the idea of "success" in terms of career and relationships and I always managed to achieve what I wanted to achieve. Despite what I called "successes", I've burned myself out, broke up with my romantic partners, got overwhelmingly anxious and depressed, and felt completely lost for a period of time.
​
One thing that came clear to me during this journey was that what I really wanted was a life and career filled with purpose, gratitude, and authentic relationships based on love, vulnerability, honesty, trust, and respect. After working with hundreds of organizational leaders throughout my professional career as a consultant, I realized that many people are unhappy with their careers and lack a sense of purpose as well as authentic relationships that could boost their happiness and well-being.

CHAPTER 3
​
My purpose is simple and two-fold: 1) help individuals to build a life and career guided by impact, purpose, and authentic relationships, AND 2) I help organizations and leaders to lead with courage, authenticity, and vulnerability so their employees can feel engaged and taken care of while simultaneously meeting the organizational needs.

Why do I do this?
To simply put, I believe in the Common Good approach, where achieving the best possible outcome for the largest number of people is of the utmost importance. By helping individuals and organizations to align themselves with purpose and make impact-driven decisions, I believe we can create communities where a larger number of people feel fulfilled and engaged, which in turn creates a forward momentum towards achieving the Common Good.
