"Dojo" is the Japanese term for an arena of immersive, experiential learning. This is not a networking group; it is a laboratory for leadership evolution.

This collective is designed for high-stakes leaders seeking a confidential, high-trust community facilitated by a doctoral-level expert in Organizational Psychology. Together, we navigate the psychological complexities of the executive journey to improve performance and restore alignment across all areas of life.

Criteria for Membership

To maintain the caliber and psychological safety of the Dojo, each member must meet the following executive standards:

  1. Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience leading teams or scaling an enterprise.

  2. Commitment: A rigorous dedication to personal and professional evolution.

  3. Strategic Focus: Active pursuit of specific, high-stakes goals (professional, financial, or relational).

  4. Reciprocity: A commitment to the Common Good through radical honesty, peer accountability, and trust-based partnership.

The Program: Dismantling the Isolated Leader Persona

While the dialogue on individual well-being is evolving in 2026, many leaders still navigate a "loneliness at the top" driven by the societal pressure to hide vulnerability. This suppression creates a tax on decision-making, relationship quality, and mental resilience.

The Leadership Dojo provides a secure psychological space to dismantle the 'mask of perfection.' We leverage doctoral-level IO Psychology to help you openly address challenges, from career transitions to relational friction, and turn vulnerability into a strategic asset.

The Format: Monthly Intensive Sessions

Every month, you will enter a 3-hour virtual arena (Zoom) consisting of:

  • Live Executive Coaching: Members partner with the coach to resolve real-life strategic or interpersonal challenges in real-time.

  • Guided Behavioral Reflections: Exercises designed to translate IO Psychology theory into immediate leadership practice.

  • The Resource Vault: Access to practical frameworks and evidence-based tools tailored to the group's current challenges.

  • Group Synergy: High-leverage breakthroughs often occur by witnessing the evolution of your peers; you will learn as much from their journey as your own.

Ongoing Strategic Support

Access personalized coaching and peer networking between sessions. This is your high-trust hub for asking critical questions, seeking accountability, and sharing wins in real-time.
